Destiny Children

"The Destiny Children - Citizen Of Time" Ep are duo R.Hidalgo and D.Randall.This is the name of the artists and the Ep.Jazzy early 90`s independent hip hop NY, six tracks Ep (include 1 instrumental).Produced by Destiny Children for Problem Child, i know a lot of people are confused about the name with the famous r'n'b group Destiny Child. These one`s here don`t have anything to do with Destiny Child believe me. There are few more early releases which were before this Ep: "Pump This Up / In The Land That Was" (blue label) and Pump This Up (remix) / In The Land That Was (remix) (white label) which are also nice.I have two favourite cuts (whole Ep is dope, but these two are fire) which you can here and if you like them support and buy the record!

Dif`rint Flaviz

I`ve never heard before of this female crew.To be honest i did not expect to find this copy but it was in rubbish basket so it does not cost that much.Don`t have many info about Daf`rint Flaviz (interesting name) they are coming from RI and they are trio.Released the track "Where Are You Now?" in 1993 on Sure Shot Records.Produced by Butch Monterio. There are r&b version and hip hop version, for sure i hooked up the hip hop version. I like the clear beat and the good flow of the ladies.

Ghetto Hippie (Derrick Wilson)

Finally i found time to up for you some new record in my crates.

What i`m going to say for this EP, this guy comes from Jersey (Norwood), i don`t know why discogs said CA. I got this one from a wharehouse in Jersey during my digging (thanks to Jake that he helped us and made our trip in Jersey amazing). The Ep has a 4 songs, which are in typical early old school sound. Released on TMG Records guess in 92-93 at least the sound looks like this era, unfortunately no info about the year on the label. Produced by Eric Drake, music by E-Nuff for Peace Up Production. I upped for you 2 of the songs "Intro 2 Da Outro" and "Straight From The Ghetto". Say what do you think for these.

To be honest this isn`t realy my style, but is not too bad for a bargain.

Three dope tracks over this wax:

"INTRO"
"Represent" - my favourite
I`m going provide those three songs so you can hear it and tell me which one it is your favourite. Take a headset

Sudden Def

Of course it is Sudden Def ( for someone rumour for someone not),you will ask Does it exist? YES - you can see over here. When i saw tons of request about this Ep i decided to post some sounds for y`all.Well it wasn`t very easy to find a copy of that jewel i know only 2 guys who own it, and was spending over 2 years to get it and finally in 2005 i got the record.
One of the rarities Chicago early 90`s release. Stupid good flow and lirycs. The Ep has 4 tracks ("Da Ringers Off"/"Def`s Penatly"/I`m C`Mon Out"/Def`s Penatly (rmx)" produced by Chill M.D. on Jay-Chill Records, the label says 1991-1992.As i know this is the only release of Sudden Def , they`ve had done 1 more track which is out of this Ep but it`s in Chicago compilation with many more killer artists:Strong Your Mind, Finesse and Knightyme ("Up Out Da Ghetto" called the track)also hard to find.If you really like the old fast rap definitely you have to dig very very deep, and if you see it less than $ 500 don`t think even for a sec and buy it straight away.Looking forward for your feedback. Aiiigh and enjoy the summer!

BAGS

There ya go some other indie here. This time we are gonna listen the crew which is called BAGS (Bullets & Gunsmoker)not sure which city they are come from, but for sure it`s East Coast ( i might be wrong).
There are 3 releases which were released on 3 different labels, not sure are there more releases. I present the second release 'BAGS-Dance With Wolves Ep'(1997 I.N.S. Entertainment), the others are "BAGS - Harlem Up-N-Coming EP (1995 Hunc Reocords)" and BAGS - Halem Niggas / Who Run This 12''(2000 Hostile Takeover) . I prefer the Ep in 1995 ( best sounds for me). Good to have all of them in your crates. Hear below the track "Full Moon" and , please leave some comments to make it worth putting more records for listening

Hur$t Husla$

It looks like some west/g funk gropu when you see the name right? Yeah but i can say you are going to be wrong. Queens is in NY and the Hur$t Husla$ are from there. This production was released on 1996 by Smokey aka Yusef. Mixed and engineering by Vaughn Sessions and Smokey at Power Play Studio. Definitely dope east indie that you can see often for sale. There are 2 tracks "In Tha "Q" - which you can here and "Don't Wet Dat" which is aslo dope, but i prefer "In Tha Q". Decide and if you like it go and start diggin for it.SO.......... "This is how we do in the "Q"..
